For the past 3 years, barlady Debora Tarozzo has been collaborating with Ristoranti magazine, offering month-to-month recipes for deconstructed drinks.

As stated in the magazine itself, the column called Sweet Drinks, "offers liquid alternatives to classic desserts, after-meals, and 'house cakes' made in other people's homes. Debora and her team have shown how, with just a few moves, the right tricks and the right recipes some products can be transformed into revenue sources for the restaurant."
The strength of the column lies in the originality of the recipes and the graphic approach given to it.
Initially each element, whether a working tool or an ingredient, was geometrically arranged next to each other, as in a painting, but now everything is literally 'hung'.
Sweet Drinks is a qualitatively interesting column, well conceived and able to renew itself from month to month.
Guess where the tools for each recipe come from! Well yes, all from RG, proud to have always supported Debora's column in a well-known trade journal.
