DRINK ME: the startup of drinking well

Nowadays, the culture of drinking well is becoming increasingly popular, so much so that there is a growing demand for such services.

One of these is Drink Me(DrinkMe), created with the intention of supporting hospitality and catering professionals by helping them manage the cellar and storage of mixology products through a reorder management system. Indeed, through the app it is possible to report the unloading of used bottles, so that the system signals any shortages and suggests further reorders.

Drink Me is therefore a "wine & spirits"beverage supply service dedicated primarily to professionals but also aimed at individuals and anyone who needs a bottle quickly for a dinner or special event.

Among the many advantages offered by Drink Me, in addition to the intuitive digitized reordering system, we find:

• The speed of delivery in the relevant provinces (at the moment Milan and Varese, but the service is also coming to Como). Drink Me in fact ensures delivery of the order on the day it is issued, choosing between 18:30, 19:30 and 22:00, from Tuesday to Sunday.
• The possibility of ordering without imposed minimums, thus eliminating the problems related to storage, a sore point for every venue.
• The availability of a price list that can be consulted free of charge, so that comparisons can be made with other venues.
• Company delivery couriers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Four enterprising young people and a successful intuition: that of starting from the customer's needs to offer a tailor-made service. This was the driving force that led Andrea Marcella, Luca Brusa, Debora Frascoli and Fabio Brusa Pasquè to found the Drink Me project, born from the know-how accumulated over years of experience in different and varied business sectors.
