MEMENTO: AROMATIC NON-ALKOLIC BLEND

MeMento comes from a selection of herbs and aromatic plants with beneficial properties, blended according to ancient wisdom.
The components are distilled separately, allowing each fraction to be processed differently to enhance its individual taste. At the end of processing, the elements are combined, resulting in a non-alcoholic yet, at the same time, intoxicating distillate.

MEMENTO IN PORTO VENERE

An example ofMeMento's use in the mixology world is proposed by Venus bar and the kitchen of Palmaria Restaurant at the Grand Hotel in Porto Venere, in the province of La Spezia. The common goal is "to intercept the new trends of contemporary drinking, which sees a greater demand for alcohol-free and natural products," explains marketing and communications manager Cristina Raso. Thus, thanks to the Grand Hotel's bartenders, 'Sunset in Venere,' a MeMento-based non-alcoholic drink with added flavors of coconut, orange and strawberry, was born. Its role is to enhance flavors and essences creating a refined and intriguing drink.

The staff's goal is to increase MeMento-based preparations. How? "By promoting a healthy lifestyle and at the same time achieving a multi-sensory and complex experience, in harmony with nature thus ennobling the properties of the elements of our land."
