We will not go into the debate here of what the pros and cons of buying on the web are, but we would like to remind you that even before being a web store, RGmania was born as a showroom of the company RG Commercial, which in the province of Piacenza offers a number of advantages for buying locally that are sometimes unjustly underestimated.
RG has always been very attentive to the needs of its customers, which is why in the spring of 2019 the new showroom was inaugurated, in which products were divided by areas of interest. Thus, three rooms have been dedicated only to the kitchen (pans, pots, ladles, tools for pizza and pastry, detergents and professional clothing), while on the upper floor there is a large section dedicated to glasses, with thousands of samples; a considerable assortment of bar tools; supports for tableware and mixing; references for coffee processing, catering and disposable, almost all of which are made of sustainable materials; and a wide selection of plates and supports. In this exhibition area there is also a space dedicated to setting up one's favorite mise-en-place, i.e., uncluttered tables to be 'invented' in order to understand the final result of assembling choices. At the same time, it is possible to be inspired by the tables already set up differently, with refined and particular styles. Just as there is a space for the table, so it is possible to choose one's own line of glasses and arrange it on the professional bar counter, which is used internally for seminars and the filming of video-appearances.
RG's strength is not only thewide assortment, which is continuously updated and accessible to everyone, both individuals and professionals, but also theattentive and professional assistance. In fact, those who decide to visit us at our headquarters are accompanied by a salesperson who is responsible for answering all kinds of questions about the products.
