RGmania and Mixer: an established partnership

This is now the fifth year that RGmania has collaborated with the food&beverage trade magazine Mixer, writing a column each year that is different but with a common thread tying each piece together.

RGmania & Mixer together again for the fifth year

RGmania renews its partnership with Mixer magazine for the fifth consecutive year.

Mixer is one of the most important magazines in the food&beverage industry, with a specific focus on cocktails and mixing.

The partnership between the two companies has been consolidated over time thanks to a relationship of mutual trust given by the professional quality of both and the esteem between the contributors.

Each year, the column curated by RGmania takes on different connotations, chosen with the collaboration of Mixer based on changes in the national and international drinks market.

For the first two years, in the 2016-2017 biennium, the in-depth feature followed the letters of the alphabet, thus 'The Tools of the Trade from A to Z.'

With the third year, i.e. 2018, it then moved on to 'Innovation Products,' not only in the bar world but also in the kitchen.

2019 was then the year of the study of 'The Best Tools for Seasonal Products.' Each month a prominent seasonal ingredient was chosen to analyze its various uses in catering and mixing, and how it could best be worked with the most suitable tools.

In the coming year, the one that will mark the transition to the new decade, the column will change guise and follow the different times of the day, so we will talk cyclically about breakfast (and brunch), lunch time, tea time (or afternoon break in general), aperitif and after dinner.

Mixer releases total 10 each year, with one bimonthly in the summer and another in the winter, so each topic will be addressed twice during the year.

The avenues to be explored-and the tools to be tried-are many, and we look forward to testing them out with you on this all-day...journey.
