Calendario 2011 "Girotondo"PONTENURE - Girotondo 2011: a playful and auspicious name for a publication with an elegant yet fresh look. The new calendar designed by Rg Commerciale was presented in the warm location of Villa Giarona in Pontenure. Guests of the evening, hosted by Corrado Gualazzini, operators in the restaurant industry, nationally known bartenders such as Dario Comini, Giorgio Tagliabue and Alessandro Melis, and the calendar's curators, artist Gianfranco Asveri, photographer Gianfranco Negri and children from the Clelia Palla nursery school near Fogliani di Alseno.

"The calendar is the result of a project in which the goal of giving visibility to prestigious restaurant operators is entrusted to Asveri's flair and brilliance, and his ability to solicit the imagination of the little ones," explained Giorgio Negri, owner of Rg Commerciale.

The painter from Piacenza has, in fact, met with the little pupils and with "simple provocations, such as observing objects and destroying them, has stimulated their natural creativity," , Asveri recounts. Thus their drawings with immediate and surprising communicativeness, arranged to form a roundabout, became the cover of RG's 2011 calendar, and last night Greta, Alberto and Francesca, accompanied by teachers Antonella Marotta and Anna Scapuzzi lent themselves to telling their stories, not at all intimidated in front of a room crowded with guests. Through the twelve months, as many as thirty-three establishments scattered in various provinces are then presented. with refined images that tell their history, taste, professionalism and passion for their work.

The publication, produced thanks to the support of Ballarini Professionale and Accademia Luigi Bormioli, will thus be distributed in the provinces of Piacenza, Milan, Pavia, Varese, Como, Crema, Lodi, Parma and Bergamo, and the proceeds will be donated to the Alsenese school. "We hope," Giorgio NeGri recalled during the evening, "that 'GrIotondo' will also be an omen for the coming months: at a difficult time like the present, we think it is important to keep the spirit light, as children do who at the end of the roundabout all throw themselves down on the ground and immediately get back up to start playing again."
