The last phase of the competition has begun! As many as 12 bartenders have already displayed their creations and 6 others are just getting started. They parade on the different stations the most disparate bottles of rum and exotic fruits remain in plain sight waiting to be squeezed or cut. The second session of the presentation of Ballarini and its products has just concluded, and the enthusiasm for chef Paolo Parisi's contribution is palpable. The judges are judging, the drinkers are drinking, the exhibitors are displaying, and the presenter is presenting, but the real anticipation is all about the outcome of the competition!
As the votes are cast, the standings are becoming clearer, but still many are the unknowns that this competition will hold. Number 1s from all over Italy have flocked just for this event, which will only see its conclusion in a couple of hours. It is a real challenge, to prove who will have involved more in terms of presentation, flavors and reception at the counter. The interviews continue... but the only way to know how it will turn out is to stay with us and enjoy to the fullest the party ahead! Caribbean music, cocktails and cigars, but above all lots and lots of laughter, which I assure you, there is no shortage of here!
