Sabrina points out how Giorgio Negri, owner of that RG Commerciale that is organizing the 2012 Summer Drink&Eat Festival, was the first in Italy, a few years ago now, to believe in the possibilities of this Swedish outfit, whose target audience is the restaurant industry, presenting, however, possibilities for customization in the bar world as well.
Sabrina tells us that "One of the most important qualities is that of attention to the environment: for every tree cut for production, in fact, three more are planted; as for its design, moreover, the company uses only vegetable dyes." "Duni churns out, only as far as the table is concerned, four catalogs a year; the latest line presented, which focuses on design also as far as food take-out is concerned," concluded Magnaldi, "is already finding good success.
