SUMMER DRINK&EAT FESTIVAL 2013: "VERY GOOD"

They breathe a sigh of relief to the organizers of the event, which again this year lived up to expectations. Despite an African heat, the really large audience crowded the hall where the competition between bartenders was held, who competed "in the dark" having to improvise at the moment. Great fun and cheerfulness, bubbly atmosphere as the day's presenter Corrado Gualazzini called it, a competition marked by creativity and technique. It is not easy to improvise a good cocktail without first knowing either the theme or the ingredients provided, it takes a lot of experience, creative flair alone is not enough. The results however satisfied the jury who decreed:

Once again, the SUMMER DRINK&EAT FESTIVAL did not fail in its intent, which is to offer industry professionals a day different from those of many other competitions, bringing together various aspects of the HO.RE.CA world: bartenders, chefs, companies, food and wine professionals, producers and enthusiasts. A truly rare occasion in the panorama of industry events that offers insights for exchange, professional growth, bringing awareness of novelties and technologies. Amazing the intervention of Dario Comini who showed the technique to spherify a "smoke bubble," completely similar to a soap bubble. Excellent practical and logistical organization entrusted

Even "patron" Giorgio Negri is smiling in the photo, despite his fatigue, which was well rewarded by the satisfaction of all participants.
