The Coravin wine pouring system works on any bottle with a natural cork. Here are the steps to follow for its proper operation:

• Choose one or more bottles

• Press the lever to remove the gas and needle through the cork to access the wine

• Tilt the bottle as if to pour the wine normally. Press and release the lever at the end of pouring; repeat when the flow slows or stops. Return the bottle to an upright position

• Once the needle is pulled out, the cork naturally reseals. The bottle is thus preserved, to be enjoyed in the months or even years to come
