The future of bars and kitchens through new tools in RG Commercial's 2024 event

At RG Commerciale's 2024 event, bartenders Bruno Vanzan and Dario Comini and chef Danilo Angè led us on a journey through cutting-edge creations. Numerous sponsors also attended.

Monday, October 7, 2024 was a day to remember for RG Commercial, its web rib RGmania and, we hope, the many friends and customers flocked to the event marking the start of our second forty years.

"RGday: the future of bar and kitchen through new tools" was born out of the need to bring as many people as possible to learn about our most complex and innovative products, explained by the people who make them.

To do this, we brought together chefs and bartenders, manufacturers and retailers under one roof in a day of training as important as sales; in fact, we are convinced that without training there is no expertise and consequently our work also loses value.

Using a product in the kitchen or at the counter is not a process for its own sake. Some examples? The Risoli pans need the right stovetop, Flavour 007 100% Chefs need the right glass, the Umana Rona goblets need to be compared in tastings to goblets of different quality to grasp the differences. These are products that we believe in, and during the event we gave them the opportunity to try them, so you can taste their qualities firsthand.

Danilo Angè, Risoli and Drinkable

From 10 a.m., in the company's outdoor forecourt, we were honored with the presence of chef Danilo Angè, who with the support of the iSi siphons prepared a delicious potato mousse with egg made from potatoes, leeks, bay leaf, vegetable broth, 10 percent cream and iSi's thickener; a fantastic vanilla mousse made from milk, cream, vanilla and sugar yolks; prepared a smoked oil made from extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, chives and chili pepper.

At the same time, chef Nicola Ostinelli cooked risotto alla milanese and unforgettable chicken legs in the brand's die-cast products Risoli, placed on a series of induction hobs.

To brighten things up, drinks by Drinkable berebeneovunque Red Fall, a twist on the Americano, with hazelnut foam made with the Foam Kit 100% Chef and French Amalfi, a variation on the French 75, made with pineapple-flavored bubble thanks to the aforementioned Flavour 007 100% Chef.

Also from 10 a.m., a representative of Fsg Italy was present in our showroom in the capacity of retailer Rona to present the Umana line, whose fine stemware found a worthy accompaniment in the wines of theLoschi winery of Castell'Arquato.

The highlight of theRG event was in the early afternoon, when two legends of Italian bartending, Dario Comini e Bruno Vanzan, presented two cocktails each: the owner of the Nottingham Forest in Milan a variation on the gin and tonic "John Holmes," a name a program; the influencer and face of the fledgling academy, of which we are honored to be one of the sponsors, a twist on the espresso martini in a glass mocha and a drink composed of Iovem and textures, covered in salt air thanks to the support of the Foam Kit bubble aerator.

Thus ended an unforgettable day for us, and lucky for the five venue owners who won as many raffle prizes kindly offered by our sponsors of the day.
