Barnews opens a new blog section.
We hear a lot about social help blogs, that is, blogs geared toward mutual help among groups of homogeneous people who have common interests. In Italy it is still a reality in its infancy, but barnews wants to be a forerunner because it believes that a blog, besides being enjoyable and interesting, can also be useful. Therefore, this section is dedicated to all those who never tire of learning, who wish to grow more and more in their profession, who are not satisfied with what they already know, and who are curious and eager for new knowledge. Here, experts from every category of the HO.RE.CA world will hold short internships on concrete topics such as: everything you need to know when opening a restaurant, a restaurant is also a business, what is food cost, how to understand what professional roles you need, how to make the best use of your space, how to motivate your staff and make them grow professionally... in short, a compendium of valuable information for your profession. We will try to do this lightly and clearly, without presuming to give lessons, but only suggestions and information that we hope will be of use to you.
