Made of martensitic stainless steel, with high Chrome content, with excellent mechanical qualities given the hardness of the same steel calculated as 48 HRc. Average product composition: 0.30% Carbon (C); 13.70% Chromium (Cr); 0.30% Manganese (Mn); 0.20% Silicon (Si).
Compressed wood handles impregnated with phenolic resin.
All pieces have excellent water resistance, the required hardness, and are also suitable for dishwashers.
Rivets are made of both stainless steel.
