FORTUNE 100% CHEF QUARTZ DISH: FIRST USE
Since this is a natural material that has been quarried, you must first remove any dust that may be present on the surface by brushing the plates one by one with a nonmetallic sponge or water and brush. Steel or aluminum sponges or brushes with metal bristles are not recommended, as they may damage the surface.Next, clean with soap and water or detergent and dry; this can be done in the dishwasher.
Once perfectly dry, coat the product with any cooking oil (it is recommended not to use oil previously used for frying).
Take care that the oil is in contact with the surface and edges and is absorbed as much as possible.
It is then necessary to wash the product again, which, once completely dry, can be used regularly again.
