This small riser on which to present finger food and mini courses, conveniently removable in two parts, is made of melamine.
It is a durable material, more so than porcelain, and easily washed, even in the dishwasher, but it cannot be heated in the oven, nor is it possible to cut dishes on it with a knife, lest it be ruined by any cuts.
