BAGASSE BOTTOM PLATE: USE AND CHARACTERISTICS
This bottom dish is ideal for hot foods, which can be served at up to 90°C for 30 minutes.
Suitable for use in the oven up to a maximum of 180°C for 10 minutes, in the microwave up to a maximum of 800W for 2 minutes, the bagasse bottom plate can also be used in the freezer at -18°C.
