Usable in contact with food for up to 6 hours, the bagasse coupe bottom plate is to be stored in a dry place and away from heat sources (0°C +35°C).Can be used in the freezer down to -18°C, for hot food max 90°C for 30 minutes not to alternate the taste, in the microwave max 180°C for 2 minutes, in the conventional oven max 180°C for 10 minutes.
