Duni 's 19.4-cm pulp lids are to be combined with the90 cl pulp salad bowl, the10 cl pulp salad bowl, also made of pulp, and the 80 cl bagasse Brune container, from the same manufacturer. The salad bowl is especially compatible with microwave and conventional ovens.
THE PULP
Duni pulp lids and the matching products we offer are all made from cellulose pulp. Derived from processing waste from fast-growing plants (such as bamboo, straw, sugar cane) it is mainly used for the production of lidded plates and containers and for some types of glasses, as well as being suitable for food contact according to European regulations.USAGE TIPS (SALAD BOWL)
The capacity and shape of the salad bowl that can be combined with the lid also makes it suitable as a soup plate, ideal for single portions of salad or soup. Alternatively, it can also be used as a serving dish for appetizers such as croquettes, olives and cheese cubes. Usable in microwave and conventional ovens, with resistance up to a maximum temperature of 100°C, as it is compostable and completely biodegradable it can also be disposed of in the wet waste when used.RAW MATERIAL CERTIFICATION
Since cellulose is the material taken as the reference for testing other materials, it degrades without polluting the final compost and therefore a special certificate is not necessary. In fact, cellulose pulp is a completely natural and plant-derived material, without any added chemical components.
