THE PULP BOWL
Thesalad bowl we recommend to go with the Duni round salad bowl lid is made of cellulose pulp. Derived from processing waste from fast-growing plants (such as bamboo, straw, sugar cane) it is mainly used for the production of lidded plates and containers and for some types of glasses, as well as being suitable for food contact according to European regulations.USAGE TIPS (SALAD BOWL)
The capacity and shape of the salad bowl in question also make it suitable as a soup plate, ideal for single portions of salads or soups. Alternatively, it can also be used as a serving dish for appetizers such as croquettes, olives and cheese cubes. As anticipated usable in microwave and conventional oven, with resistance up to a maximum temperature of 100°C, being compostable and fully biodegradable it can also be thrown in the garbage once used.RAW MATERIAL CERTIFICATION
Since cellulose is the material taken as a reference for testing other materials, it degrades without polluting the final compost and therefore a special certificate is not necessary. In fact, cellulose pulp is a completely natural and plant-derived material, without any added chemical components.
