CONDITIONS OF USE AND STORAGE

The products described above can be used for baking:
- Traditional at the maximum temperature of 200°C (do not use in direct contact with open flames or electric heating elements).
- microwave at maximum power for 15 minutes (only for ovens where indicated by the manufacturer). Containers can be used at low temperatures (30 days at room and/or refrigerated temperature, including freezing and deep-freezing conditions).
Ideal storage conditions for the container as is, in our experience, 15-20°C away from humidity. Under extreme storage conditions the properties of the material may be altered.

MICROWAVEABLE ALUMINUM CONTAINERS

A study by the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV in Freising, Germany, has shown conclusive evidence that aluminum foil packaging can be used safely in microwave ovens.
The only caution, is to remember that they cannot be placed in microwave ovens manufactured before 1983.
The lid must be removed and the food must cover most of the surface of the container.
Then place the aluminum tray in the middle of the rotating tray. CAUTION: The rotating tray is made of metal, place a ceramic or glass dish below the aluminum tray.
The aluminum tray should never come in contact with the microwave walls (minimum distance: 2 cm).
Microwave a maximum of one tray at a time.
