WHITE BAGASSE BIO LID: USE AND FEATURES

Here are the main features of this disposable bagasse lid made entirely of sugarcane fiber, thus compostable and totally biodegradable in nature:
- in the freezer down to -18°C
- in the oven at 180°C up to 10 minutes
- in the microwave oven at 800W up to 2 minutes
- for up to 6 hours in food contact
- for hot food up to 90°C for a maximum of 3 minutes

WHITE BAGASSE BIO LID: RULES OF USE

It is recommended not to keep the product in contact with hot food for longer than 30 minutes to avoid altering the taste. It is recommended to check its suitability in the actual times and temperatures of use. The bio bagasse lid cannot be used for food storage. Store in a dry place and away from heat sources (0°C +35°C).

Product suitable for food contact according to EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 and subsequent updates, complying with the requirements of Directive 94/62/EC regarding heavy metal content. Contains no substances restricted in current Food Contact Material legislation. Produced in an ISO 22000-certified factory, complying with UNI EN 13432:2002.
